No. Sadly, neither the password or account names are currently case-sensitive.

Games
I received an invitation to join a game and created an account; now what do I do? How do I actually join the game?
Once you have created an account, you need to create a character for the game you were invited to join. To do this, just click the Create Character on the menu bar. The form will ask for the name of the game and password to join (if one is required by the DM). This information was provided in the invitation to join the game. You will also give you Character a Name that will identify your posts.

What's the easiest way to get back into a game several times a day if I close my browser each time I'm done or go to other websites?
The easiest way to get back into a game is to not exit your game before you close your browser or go to another website and save a link to http://www.roleplayweb.com/Game/ . When you are ready to get back into the game simply click on the previously mentioned link. Note, if you leave the game area to view other pages on the www.roleplayweb.com website (ie- to view the news page), you will be automatically exited from your game.

Can a GameMaster be a player in his own game?
Yes. Simply create a player as you would for any other game. As a side note, this gives GameMasters the ability to play a NPC as a player!

What is a scenario?
A scenario is simply a container for Scenes. Think of a scenario as a single "Adventure". Each Adventure will have numerous scenes related to that Adventure. When it's time to go on a new Adventure, the GameMaster will create a new scenario for that Adventure.

Game Posts
Why does an Action or Post I submit to a Scene sometimes appear to come from an alternate character I play in the game, or even a character I play in a different game?
The most likely cause is a side effect of having multiple browsers open and making posts in one browser after another has changed the session context to the other character.

The design of the server session management code assumes all browsers on a single host, logged in with the same account, are a single session. There are hidden input vars on various pages to key things to the correct game when navigating around. However, in the case of submitting a post, the session state is used rather than the hidden vars on the page to prevent someone from constructing a false page and submitting an action for a user other than the one indicated in the session state. Since this session state is not modifiable at the remote side, this approach was used as a security feature.
Unfortunately, in the case where more than 1 user is associated with a logon, the session-based protection mechanism may end up causing the submission to appear from the wrong character because the session data itself was changed by another browser instance running on your machine.

Even as simple as a second browser being auto-refreshed is problematic here if you have more than 1 character because the change may happen at unexpected times.

Best advise for now is to limit things to 1 browser, specifically when posting.
Or, disable any auto-refresh set on all open games and do a manual refresh in the one you intend to make submit in just prior to posting. After the manual refresh, do not work with any other browsers until the post is submitted.
Although you can have as many browsers open as you want, the key here is to set the session (manual refresh) and then maintain inactivity within all other browsers between the refresh and a post or action submission.
